• Plan, design, and oversee culturally appropriate menus for sports events.
• Design menus based on Latin and Brazilian cuisine. 
• Coordinate with chefs, vendors, and logistics teams.
• Oversee menu execution and ensure quality and timing.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations.
• Adapt menus to dietary and event-specific requirements.

• Bachelor’s degree in Culinary Arts, Chef Training, Nutrition, or related field.
• Minimum of 24 months proven experience in menu planning, culinary services, catering, or food service operations for events. 
• Knowledge of Latin and Brazilian foods and culture.
• Language fluency required: English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience using WhatsApp for customer communication.
• Experience working with catering or event-based food services .

• Orlando, FL – Primary worksite is within the Orlando-Kissimmee-Sanford BLS Area
